You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service.

Roof Report Pro provides a documentation tool that uses AI to assist in organizing inspection details and generating structured roof inspection reports. The Service is intended as a productivity and documentation tool only. Roof Report Pro is not: a licensed adjuster, a public adjuster, an engineer, an insurance company or a roofing contractor. The Service does not determine insurance coverage or guarantee claim approval.

Reports generated by the Service are produced using artificial intelligence and user-provided inputs. You acknowledge and agree that: AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. The accuracy of reports depends on the information and images you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all reports before use or submission. Roof Report Pro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated report. All reports must be independently verified before being used for contracts, material orders, proposals, insurance claims, or any other business purpose.

You agree that: You are responsible for the accuracy of all information uploaded. You have the legal right to upload any photos, inspection data, or property information. You will not upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content. You will not rely solely on the Service without independent professional judgment.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. After the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at $49 per month unless canceled before the trial expires. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to: Use the Service for unlawful purposes Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform Use automated scraping tools Share login credentials Interfere with platform operation

The Service integrates with third-party services (including but not limited to Stripe and mapping or imagery providers). We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or errors. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

All software, branding, design, and platform elements are owned by Roof Report Pro. You retain ownership of content you upload. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use generated reports for legitimate business purposes.

The Service does not provide legal, engineering, insurance, or professional advice. Nothing generated by the Service should be interpreted as professional guidance or a guarantee of insurance outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: RoofReportPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: lost profits, lost insurance claims, material losses, business interruption, reputational harm. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $49 if no payment has been made.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roof Report Pro from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from: Your use of the Service, your uploaded content, your reliance on generated reports, any dispute between you and third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You waive the right to a jury trial.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
